Rates (United States):

• Standard shipping: $6 on orders under $120, free on orders of $120 or more.
• Priority processing: $10, your order is prepared first.

The exact price of each option is displayed at checkout, before payment.

Shipping: most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 business hours. Some orders are shipped from France, the rest from our warehouses abroad; in all cases, a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery time to the United States (including processing, shipping and transit): 7 to 15 business days.

All our packages are shipped in careful packaging that guarantees the integrity of the products.

Undelivered package: if your order is not delivered within 40 days, it is fully refunded or reshipped, at your choice.

Address error: please check your address when placing your order. In the event of an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@naked-underwear.com: if the order has not yet been shipped, we correct the address; if the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we offer you reshipment or a refund.
